Disable loading resolvedOnDefaultBranch for Vulnerabilities

What does this MR do?

Because of N+1 in this query and possible timeouts on database on GraphQL API, we have to temporary disable loading resolvedOnDefaultBranch until we have #227114 (closed) merged.
