Gitlab CI - AWS EKS Integration - Kubernetes version update
What does this MR do?
Update Add EKS cluster form to reflect EKS-supported Kubernetes versions.
Default: 1.16 AllowedValues: - 1.14 - 1.15 - 1.16 - 1.17
Keeping 1.14 for now since support hasn't completely deprecated yet.
