Convert button from deprecated to current state

What does this MR do?

Closes #219831 (closed).

How to display the button:

If you have manual configuration (meaning, a manually configured Prometheus server) enabled, an Alerts section is added to Settings > Integrations > Prometheus. This section contains the URL and Authorization Key you will need. The Reset Key button will invalidate the key and generate a new one.
