Remove EE::GeoAwareAvatar
What does this MR do?
Remove the EE::GeoAwareAvatar mixin. We have attachments sync, so now we can use relative path for avatar images.
Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?
No.
Why was this MR needed?
It was a very old decision when we didn’t have attachments sync.
