Fix RegExp for dotenv report artifact

What does this MR do?

Currently, dotenv report artifact cannot contain = (equal) into a value because = is a delimiter to separate key and value. This MR fine-tunes the regexp to find the first match of = as a delimiter and the rest of the characters as a value of the variable.
