Add `resoved_on_default_branch` attribute to VulnerabilityType

What does this MR do?

This MR introduces a new field for VulnerabilityType on GraphQL API which is resolvedOnDefaultBranch to indicate whether the vulnerability has been fixed on the default branch or not.
