Rename the DiscussionKeyboardNavigator to DiscussionNavigator

What does this MR do?

Follows up on !36164 (merged) which adds more than just keyboard navigation to this component.

This just renames the DiscussionKeyboardNavigator component to DiscussionNavigator since it's no longer navigating purely on keyboard events.
