Resolve "Immediately update repository statistics when running housekeeping and repository cleanup"

What does this MR do?

Related to: #226927 (closed)

This runs the update project statistics worker straight after cleaning the repo or house keeping. Otherwise we were facing an issue where as, after these were run, the stats reflected on the project page were incorrect.
