Added Authorized Keys specific checks for Geo

Add checks for Geo System Checks, to verify if AuthorizedKeys configuration is correct

Why was this MR needed?

Geo requires AuthorizedKeys to use database lookup. Because enabling it requires many extra steps, we need to verify on behalf of our users.
