Remove unused "alerts moved" callout from frontend

What does this MR do?

The user call out "alerts moved" was introduced in !35187 (diffs) and partially removed in !35187 (diffs) (due to #224668 (comment 369067003)).

The MR removes the unused call out from frontend.
