WIP: Resolve "Simplify Advanced Global Search name to Advanced Search"

Problem

The "Advanced Global Search" feature could be simplified to just "Advanced Search"

The word Global ads no unique or specific value so Advanced Search means basically the same as Advanced Global Search, however it is simplified.

Proposal

This MR renames the following major aspects:

The search featured powered by Elasticsearch will rename Advanced Global Search to Advanced Search

What is not being changed?

We will not be changing the group name of Global Search

Approvals

Merge requests with changes to stages and groups and significant changes to categories need to be created, approved, and/or merged by each of the below:

• EVP of Product
• VP of Product Strategy
• The Product Director relevant to the stage group(s)
• The Engineering Director relevant to the stage group(s)
• CEO
