What does this MR do?

Skips the following jest tests:

• AwardsHandler › ::searchEmojis › should filter the emoji
• AwardsHandler › emoji menu › should remove already selected emoji
• AwardsHandler › ::searchEmojis › should clear the search when searching for nothing
• AwardsHandler › emoji menu › should add selected emoji to awards block
