Add broken tag state to tags list items

What does this MR do?

This MR adds a frontend capability to detect broken tags and display an according UI:

• disable select checkbox
• disable delete button
• disable details button
• add warning icon with descriptive tooltip
• Fills up missing info with placeholders ( N/A 0 Bytes)
