Rename OccurrenceIdentifier to FindingIdentifier

What does this MR do?
As per #214564 (closed) we are trying to make the terminology within Standalone Vulnerabilities consistent. This MR changes the name of Vulnerabilities::OccurrenceIdentifier to Vulnerabilities::FindingIdentifier.
