Avoid misused terms in Graphql/AuthorizeType cop

What does this MR do?

Replaces an internal use of the term whitelist as it is defined as a "misused term" in the handbook.

This issue is purely "technical" debt and has no customer-facing impact so does not include a CHANGELOG entry.
