Rename OccurrencePipeline to FindingPipeline

What does this MR do?
As per #214563 (closed) we are trying to make the terminology within Standalone Vulnerabilities consistent. This MR changes the name of Vulnerabilities::OccurrencePipeline to Vulnerabilities::FindingPipeline.
