Add omnibus config example to service desk docs

What does this MR do?

Currently, the custom email address configuration for Service Desk only includes an installation from source example. This MR adds an Omnibus configuration example. This MR also changes the example email addresses in the custom email address section to be consistent to avoid confusion.

  • Add twfinished after approving and/or merging the MR.

3. Maintainer

1. Review by assigned maintainer, who can always request/require the above reviews. Maintainer's review can occur before or after a technical writer review.
2. Ensure a release milestone is set.
3. If there has not been a technical writer review, create an issue for one using the Doc Review template.
