Fix VSA code stage query

What does this MR do?

Fix VSA code stage query with GROUP BY clause when multiple labels are given as filter parameter.

Exception: #217973 (comment 367902962)

When doing a GROUP BY query we need to specify all referenced columns (coming from other relations) in the clause. For CodeStageStart this specification was missing.
