Show remaining time to complete an issue in milestones chart

What does this MR do?

• Shows a chart of remaining time of all issues in a milestone in the burndown charts
• The time is shown in number of remaining hours in the milestone
• Currently, the included charts are those of the issue weights and issue counts.
