Support the new gitlab-elasticsearch-indexer interface

What does this MR do?

Follow-up to Ruby counterpart to gitlab-elasticsearch-indexer!74 (closed)

This MR adapts the Gitlab::Elastic::Indexer to use the new file interface for the gitlab-elasticsearch-indexer.
