Resolve "Confidential warning doesnt show the issuable type"

What does this MR do?

• Pass the computed property noteableDisplayName as thenoteableType prop to noteableWarning component.

The bug mentioned in #223279 (closed) is caused because noteableType sometimes has capitalized names like Issue but noteableWarning component looks up internationalized strings __('issue') by non-capitalized names issue internally.
