Remove dashboard warning API call from embed and cluster health views
What does this MR do?
An API call to the dashboard validation endpoint is being made in metrics dashboard view, embed view and in cluster health view.
The call should me made only for the metrics dashboard view, because only there we want to display the dashboard validation warnings, if any.
