Add support for coverage_fuzzing report in .gitlab-ci.yml

What does this MR do?

This MR adds support for

1. coverage_fuzzing type report in .gitlab-ci.yml.
2. CoverageFuzzing parsers that inherit from Common Security parser

• The MR includes necessary changes to maintain consistency between UI, API, email, or other methods
• Security reports checked/validated by a reviewer from the AppSec team
