Removed default name for Terraform template

What does this MR do?

We are in the process of updating the Terraform MR Widget to display multiple reports, and display a report name.

Our current template is displaying a generic name of plan

The MR will:

• Remove the generic name from the template. Instead, it will leave the name blank.
