Fix api.js path update merge requests
What does this MR do?
The path used in a recently added api.js MR (!32893 (merged)) is incorrect for updating merge requests. This MR fixes that error by adding a new path that matches the correct path based on our docs: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/api/merge_requests.html#update-mr
