Add regex examples to container registry expiration policy docs

What does this MR do?

Add examples of regex patterns that can be used to configure the container registry expiration policy feature. We have seen some questions from users that would like to know, for example, how to match multiple patterns (#207267 (comment 355473353)).

1. Review by assigned maintainer, who can always request/require the above reviews. Maintainer's review can occur before or after a technical writer review.
