Support AWS IAM role for ECS tasks in elastic search client

What does this MR do?

This MR is from a community contribution !24926 (closed). The testing failed due to the out-of-date code base. As I don't have permission to access the orignal fork, I am copying it here to see whether I can get the test pass and add some missing pieces that we discussed in !24926 (closed).
