Fixed unintentional hiding of assignees on large monitors

What does this MR do?
Related issues/MRs share components and CSS with the epic tree. We updated the styling on epic trees to use two lines at all times, and that caused some unintentional design changes to related issues/MRs. This MR should bring missing assignees on wide screen back.
