Fix collapsed section markup in Usage Ping

What does this MR do?

This markup in collapsed section of the Usage Ping. As the collapsed section is HTML, only HTML code can be used within. I decided to have the output displayed in plain text, as the fact that it's JSON is not important in the context of this document.
