Normalize other DNs from configuration
What does this MR do?
Refactor. No behavior change.
Normalizes DNs that are not normalized, in case we ever need to do a comparison.

Noticed these were not normalized while doing this fix https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/3217.
