[GQL] Add merge request filters
What does this MR do?
Addresses: #217475 (closed)
The main purpose of this MR is to add missing features to the GraphQL API,
specifically regarding merge-requests. This MR adds filters to the
MergeRequestsResolver, so that merge requests can be filtered by:
- source branch
- target branch
- label
- state
Other filters are expected to be added later in other work.
Since these filters do not make sense for the single MR resolver, the resolver
has been split into a single and plural form, one for lookup by IID, and the
other for search and filtering.
Breaking change:
This removes the iids argument from Project.mergeRequest and the iid
argument from Project.mergeRequests. These arguments were there in error and
never intended for use.
