Add docs for pipeline list filtering

What does this MR do?

There were no docs included with:

• !31386 (merged)
• !29945 (merged)

This adds a simple docs entry, and updates the screenshot since it hasn't been updated in a long time. It now shows 4 different pipeline statuses (running, failed, passed(warning), passed), and also shows more stage status icons as well. Not needed, but nice to have.

  • Add docs-only when the only files changed are under doc/*.

3. Maintainer

1. Review by assigned maintainer, who can always request/require the above reviews. Maintainer's review can occur before or after a technical writer review.
2. Ensure a release milestone is set.
3. If there has not been a technical writer review, create an issue for one using the Doc Review template.
