Add warning of potential data loss on Elastic Stack application update

What does this MR do?

When the client attempts an update of the Elastic Stack application on their cluster, a warning about potential data loss should occur.

This involves adding an option to the "Update" buttons so they can conditionally show a popup.

The current versions that are required for showing the warning are versions lower than 3.0.0.
