Restore original sort order of metrics dashboard select list

What does this MR do?

FE logic depends on original sort order of dashboard select list in order to match the default dashboard. We decided with @mrincon that for now the best way to address arising issue is to return to original sort order returned from metrics_dashboard endpoint (sort order was modified at !31059 (diffs)).
