Add project actions in Audit events

What does this MR do?

As part of the Audit events, it logs important project actions. This is recorded when something happens in the project:

• Project created
• Project deleted
• Project renamed
• Project moved
• Change project visibility
• Add member
• Remove member

Additional information that is recorded:

• Who did the action (user id)
• Timestamp
• IP address

• Changelog entry added, if necessary

• Review
