Update ProcessAlertWorker to use AppLogger

What does this MR do?

Based on the following discussion, it seems like using Gitlab::GitLogger is not the right choice.

Updates ProcessAlertWorker to use Gitlab::AppLogger instead.

If we need to introduce an AlertManagement specific logger, we can create a separate issue for that.
