Update UI copy for image expiration policy

What does this MR do?

This MR adjusts the copy for the Image expiration policy feature. We recently added the ability to retain images matching a given regex, however the examples were the same as images that users would likely delete.

This MR adjusts the copy of images to retain to be more similar to master and release.
