Resolve "Test tracking of render better on view for buy ci minutes"

What does this MR do?

Ensures we are testing for the correct render track event. Before we could get a false positive if there were any other render track events created in the future in the application layout file path. Now we will ensure we are testing for our track event by including checking for the label.
