What does this MR do?
It makes minor edits to the wording of 3 lines. They were suggested in this issue, which was shared by Ray Park in Everyone Can Contribute Virtual Meeting on 4/29/2020.

In the sentence right above the table in the entire devops lifecycle section, it was changed to say "for each of the DevOps stage:". Also in the table, the description for Create now reads "Source code, data creation, and management features".

In the release stage, the description for the Environment-specific variables was changed to read "Limit the scope of variables to specific..."

In the configure stage, the second sentence was rephrased to "...templates help you get started with minimal to zero..."
- The changes were made for clarification and grammar purposes.
