Multiple metrics edit navigates to prom edit page

What does this MR do?

Edit metrics dropdown option navigates the user to the metrics page. If the chart has multiple metrics, the user is navigated to the first metric edit page. Instead, we should navigate to the prometheus/edit page which lists all the custom metrics.
