Combined avoidance rules for Style Guide
What does this MR do?
To help with Style Guide understanding, I collected the rules for words/tenses/phrases to avoid in the docs (which was split across the Language section) into a new section for items to avoid. I also moved a definition rule for might and may out of that list into its own section.
Having all of our "avoid these items" section should help with comprehension and hopefully assist writers with using those rules.
