What does this MR do?

Clicking on the line number here https://gitlab.com/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&search=Code&group_id=&project_id=278964&search_code=true&repository_ref=master&nav_source=navbar#L10 doesn't navigate anywhere, it just adds an anchor to the current url
