Add scanner name, version and URL to Vulnerability Modal

This is an implementation for #214794 (closed).

What does this MR do?

This adds the following additional properties to the vulnerability modal.

  • Scanner Type (Previously known as Report Type)
  • Scanner Provider (This includes scanner name, version and url)

Note for UI adjustment

There was a need to adjust UI to fit in long label names like "Scanner Provider" and similar future requests which would otherwise get wrapped in two lines and not very readable. Also, this modal is a temporal thing as discussed here.
