Remove `GITLAB_EDITION: ce` in review-workflow-base

What does this MR do?

Remove GITLAB_EDITION: ce variable in review-workflow-base, that was missed in !30272 (diffs)

This is causing review-deploy to fail as it attempts to deploy a non-existent -ce images, resulting in failure when pulling images.
