Update secure integration docs

What does this MR do?

This MR updates the content for 3rd-party security tool integrators to read. It removes GitLab-specific context that readers are unlikely to have in a number of places and augments content in a number of places to describe the why an integrator would want to use a given set of fields.

• Label as security and @ mention @gitlab-com/gl-security/appsec
• The MR includes necessary changes to maintain consistency between UI, API, email, or other methods
• Security reports checked/validated by a reviewer from the AppSec team
