Update accessibility report documentation

What does this MR do?

This MR updates our accessibility documentation with the new report naming introduced in gitlab-org/ci-cd/accessibility!9 (merged).

Why are we doing this?

This change is a proposal to ensure consistency across GitLab generated reports.
