Remove feature flag for Group Activity Analytics

What does this MR do?

This MR moves the feature from a beta feature to being GA. The beta feature check was introduced here !29165 (merged)

It removes the feature flag checks too.

This MR will be merged after !29165 (merged) is deployed and tested and when we're ready to get this feature out of beta.
