Add feedbackDismissalPath and findings to Vulnerabilities GraphQL

What does this MR do?

Related to #213598 (closed)

In this MR we are adding ability to fetch findings, createVulnerabilityFeedbackDismissalPath and userPermissions for each Vulnerability. This is information needed to be able to create dismissal feedback.
