Doc deprecation of 'projects', 'shared_projects' in Groups API, v13.0

What does this MR do?

First step towards #213797

This change adds note in the documentation that projects and shared_projects attribute in Groups API will be deprecated in 13.0

Next step: To add the same information in 12.10 release blog post. I will work with the Manage PM for this.
