Update Geo Node Status Design

What does this MR do?

Closes #213214 (closed).

This MR updates the design for Geo Node Status. It adds a light background and darker text. Also turns them into rounded-pills

A few icons were updated as well.

The spec file was also rewritten with vue-test-utils and a parametrized spec.
